Our
new nostalgic loop course in Downtown Historic Buford, GA
will run through the city’s eclectic dining and shopping
district, past the famed Bona Allen Mansion and ending at the
Tannery Rows arts center. Race headquarters (parking, start/finish
and post-race Expo) will be located at 554 W. Main Street,
Buford, GA 30518.
The
2007 ADventure Advertising Run for the River 5K will feature
a USA Track & Field-certified course (course # GA07017WC)
and state-of-the-art AMB chip-timing system, providing runners
with fast, accurate results. You’ll love this system;
it’s been used at past Tour De Georgia bike races and
2007 Lance Armstrong Foundation LIVESTRONG running event series.
Note: Runners who do not return chips at the conclusion of
the race will be charged $30.

Many
participants from past Run for the River 5Ks have asked for t-shirts
as race premiums and we’ve listened. This year’s
run will feature a Brooks Podium short sleeve, performance shirt
for all registrants, a $24 retail value made possible by our

Lawrenceville stores.
